How to cancel a membership or change an appointment.
You may cancel your membership at any time by providing written notice to desirie@wrightcare.health before your next billing date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and no further charges are made. Monthly fees already billed are generally non-refundable.
Wright Care may end a membership for non-payment, or when in the provider’s clinical judgment a different or higher level of care is needed. In that case we will provide reasonable notice and help you transition to appropriate care.
When refunds are available for memberships and one-time visits.
Monthly membership fees are billed automatically and are generally non-refundable once the billing period begins. Unused visits do not automatically roll over.
Refund requests may be sent to desirie@wrightcare.health.
Laboratory testing, imaging, medications, emergency services, specialist care, and other outside services are billed by those providers and are not refundable by Wright Care.
Payment does not guarantee a prescription, medication change, controlled substance prescription, diagnosis, form completion, referral, or specific outcome. All care decisions are based on provider judgment, clinical appropriateness, safety, and applicable law.
How secure messaging works, what it is for, and how quickly to expect a reply.

What it means to receive care through live, encrypted video visits.
Wright Care delivers care through telehealth — live, encrypted video visits between you and your provider. Telehealth offers benefits including privacy, access, and convenience, and it has limitations. Some conditions require in-person examination, testing, or a higher level of care; if so, your provider will tell you and help direct you appropriately.
Treatment, prescriptions, and referrals are based on the provider’s clinical judgment and are not guaranteed. Certain medications cannot be prescribed by telehealth.
Telehealth is not for emergencies. Call 911 for a medical or psychiatric emergency, or call or text 988 for mental health crisis support.

If you opt in to text messages, your number is used only for appointment, scheduling, and healthcare communications. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance at any time.
We use encryption in transit and limit access to your information to those who need it to provide your care. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, but we treat your information with the discretion it deserves.
